Privacy Policy

Reqflow is an interactive system design learning tool at getreqflow.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. Questions: support@getreqflow.com.

What we collect

• Usage analytics (everyone): page views and which systems/flows you open, via Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Includes IP, browser, and approximate (country/city) location.
• Account info (only if you sign in): your email and display name from Google sign-in, stored by Firebase Authentication, plus plan and progress fields needed for Free/Pro access.
• On your device: progress and bookmarks live in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us (except when you are signed in and we sync account progress).

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing your data with marketers, and no collection of card numbers on our servers (checkout is handled by our payment processor). The main third party involved is Google (Firebase) for auth, hosting, and analytics, as a processor acting on our behalf.

Your rights & data deletion

Email support@getreqflow.comto access or delete your data; we'll remove your account within 30 days. You can also just sign out and clear browser storage. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests. Analytics data auto-expires after 14 months. Reqflow isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we materially change what we collect, we'll update the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
