Privacy Policy

Reqflow is an interactive system design learning tool at getreqflow.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. Questions: support@getreqflow.com.

What we collect

• Usage analytics (everyone): page views and which systems/flows you open, via Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Includes IP, browser, and approximate (country/city) location.
• Account info (only if you sign in): your email and display name from Google sign-in, stored by Firebase Authentication, plus a daily counter of AI questions used for rate limiting.
• AI Explain(only if you use it): your question is sent to OpenAI with the current system's architecture context to generate an answer. We don't store the question text on our servers.
• On your device: progress, streak, and bookmarks live in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing your data with marketers, and no collection of payment info. The only third parties involved are Google (Firebase) for auth, hosting, and analytics, and OpenAIfor AI Explain — both as processors acting on our behalf. Please don't put sensitive personal data into AI Explain prompts.

Your rights & data deletion

Email support@getreqflow.comto access or delete your data; we'll remove your account within 30 days. You can also just sign out and clear browser storage. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests. Analytics data auto-expires after 14 months. Reqflow isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we materially change what we collect, we'll update the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
